The Basement at the Adelaide Fringe

The Basement Jazz Combo will debut their first full length show this month at the Adelaide Fringe Festival in Adelaide South Australia. The show at Mount Barker’s Auchandarroch House is set in a picturesque 19th century homestead, a venue matched in its timelessness and class only by the quality of the entertainment.

Dennis Russell, the Musical Director of the Basement Combo, explained that the venue had been selected particularly because it offered the sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere that the band themselves sought to provide in their performances. “We are very excited to share this magnificent set of music” said Russell “ These are melodies many people will know and love, but with our own special musical touch.”

Tickets for the March 7 event have been selling fast but are still available from Fringetix.
